Frequently Asked Questions

What is WCAG 2.2 AA?

WCAG 2.2 is the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines from the W3C. Level AA is the standard most courts, agencies and policies point to. It covers things like text alternatives for images, color contrast, keyboard access, clear forms and captions.

Is an accessibility overlay or widget enough?

No. A widget can help visitors adjust text size or contrast, but it does not fix the underlying code. Real conformance comes from fixing the site itself. We use widgets as a helper on top of real remediation, never as a replacement.

Does the ADA apply to my website?

Title III of the ADA covers businesses open to the public, and courts and the Department of Justice have treated websites as part of that. If customers find, contact or buy from you online, accessibility matters. Talk to an attorney for legal advice on your situation.

How long does remediation take?

Most small business sites are fixed in one to three weeks after the audit, depending on page count and platform.

Can you fix my site without rebuilding it?

Usually, yes. We work inside WordPress, GoHighLevel, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and custom sites. If a rebuild would be cheaper than patching, we will tell you straight.
