1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by Hands-Free Hustle LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("Hands-Free Hustle," "we," "us"), 2015 W. Western Ave, Ste 333, South Bend, IN 46619. By using this site, submitting a form, or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We provide web accessibility audits and remediation, answer engine optimization (AEO), search engine optimization (SEO), website design, voice AI chatbots, AI automation, paid advertising management, GoHighLevel CRM setup, and The Hustlers Hub membership, courses and digital products. The scope, deliverables and timeline for client work are set in a written proposal, invoice or agreement.

3. Accounts, Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing is stated in your proposal, invoice or checkout page. Recurring plans and memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless your written agreement says otherwise. Late or failed payments may pause service.

4. No Legal or Tax Advice

Accessibility work improves your website's conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA and reduces barriers for people with disabilities, but no provider can guarantee that a website is free of all accessibility issues or immune from legal claims. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Information about the IRS Section 44 Disabled Access Credit is general education only. Whether your business qualifies, and how much you can claim, is decided by you and your tax professional.

5. Client Responsibilities and Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, logins and content you give us, and for having the rights to that content. You agree not to use our services for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes. Results such as rankings, traffic, leads or revenue depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

This website, our course material, ebooks, templates, workflows and brand assets belong to Hands-Free Hustle LLC. Once paid in full, you own the final client deliverables created specifically for you, except for our pre-existing tools, code libraries and templates, which we license to you for use with your business. You may not resell or redistribute our courses or digital products.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Many services run on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, LinkedIn and payment processors. Their terms and outages are outside our control, and we are not responsible for changes they make.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hands-Free Hustle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end ongoing services as described in your agreement. We may suspend or end access to the site, membership or services for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
